[Monitoring the flow with electrical signals]
When the set flow rate is reached, the switch activates and outputs a signal to the equipment.
It can reliably detect flow rate drops and stoppages, and can be used for equipment protection and automatic control.
*The switch settings are fixed and are set at the time of shipment.
[Visualizing the flow of oil]
The position of the float inside the transparent tube allows you to easily check the oil flow.
It enables early detection of abnormalities such as reduced flow rate and pipe blockages, supporting the stable operation of equipment.
[Flexible installation options available]
It can be installed regardless of the mounting direction, including vertical, horizontal, or upside down.
The piping layout offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing for easy installation of new facilities as well as retrofitting existing ones.

Precautions for using the flow switch
1. Precautions regarding the effects of magnetism
●The presence of magnetic materials such as iron near the reed switch can cause malfunctions.
2. Precautions regarding electrical wiring
Please pay attention to the wiring.
●Flow switches should be used as alarm detectors whenever possible.
When using this device in conjunction with other electrical equipment, please handle it with due consideration to the potential impact of any malfunctions.
● Keeping the operating voltage and current as low as possible will extend the lifespan of the reed switch.
(Under normal conditions of 100V 0.5A, it can be used for approximately 1,000,000 switch operations)
