1. Regarding the warranty period
Our products are covered by a free warranty for one year from the date of purchase or one year from the date of delivery to the designated location.
Furthermore, the free warranty period for repaired items will not be extended beyond the original free warranty period before the repair.
Please note that this free warranty period may not apply if the product's lifespan is affected by your usage environment or conditions.
2. Warranty Coverage
If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period due to reasons attributable to our company, we will replace the product or provide the faulty parts free of charge. *On-site warranty service is not available.
Please note that the warranty mentioned here is limited to the delivered product itself.
However, even during the free warranty period, the following cases will be excluded from the warranty:
① If the product malfunctions due to improper use or operating environment other than those described on our website, catalogs, instruction manuals, specifications, etc.
② Malfunction due to improper installation.
③ External factors such as fire, abnormal voltage, and contamination with foreign objects
④ Malfunctions caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, and floods.
3. Exemption from liability for lost profits, secondary losses, etc.
Regardless of whether it falls within or outside the free warranty period, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from causes beyond our control, damages arising from special circumstances regardless of whether we foresaw them, lost profits, consequential losses, damage to products other than ours, or other costs related to restoration.
